pls today has drained me and it’s only noon 😅 also, just recorded a cooking video of a tofu recipe I made, not a fan of tofu but I fear I cooked!!! breakfast: cheesecake yogurt cup??? idk im going to call it that. I used @Chobani otein vanilla yogurt. I added honey and cinnamon and I use the @Simple Mills cookies and let that sit over night. lunch: sausage stir fry I cut up a red onion and cooked that for about 3 min then i added the amylu andouille chicken sausage and mixed the roasted frozen potatoes with peppers and onions from Trader Joe’s! Also everything cooked I topped with sriracha and avocado! Dinner: shrimp bowl For shrimp: I seasoned my shrimp with aglio olio seasoning from Trader Joe’s, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, garlic, and paprika. I mixed with frozen bell peppers and onion: For rice: I did 1 cup of rice and cooked in rice cooker with tomato bullion. I did 1 cup of rice, shrimp, and topped with avocado and feta cheese! #whatieatinaday #wieiad #eatwithme #mealideas #wieiadrealistic
