the officers applied for a warrant that gave them permission to seize any phones or electronic devices in the suspects possession it did not grant them permission to seize any phones that were not in his possession nor any specific direction to seize his phones just any phones or electronic devices in his possession.... criminal defense attorneys, Victor Revill and Megan Garcia advise the sheriff of this information and he didn't care any legally arrested and sees the evidence from them anyways which because it was obtained illegally was thrown out and their client's case was dismissed their charges were dismissed two days later
