I think the fucked up part is the fire department not paying to fix an issue they caused. How is that person not the public, & a dirty pool not a "public health" problem?

Idk man i feel like pretty fair deal to just leave him alone and the firefighters not reimbusing damages if thats the case, either that or both be held accountable. Yeah public safety comes first however its not the obly thing to account for
