Im southeast Asian. When I was in Europe, I would constantly have people yell ch*ng ch*ng or Ni Hao at me (happened about once every other day). But nothing of that sort happened to me while I was in Japan. So I would say that Japanese people are relative NOT racist compared to Europeans
