@offenceregister: KIER MIDDLETON-SEATH STROOD EXPLOITATION AND RISK ORDER BREACH A dangerous repeat digital predator from Strood who callously ignored strict court restrictions—purchasing a hidden phone, opening secret bank accounts, and sneakily moving into an address where a child was present—is back behind bars. 28-year-old Kier Middleton-Seath was completely unmasked following a swift compliance inquiry. The Offences and Trial Details Middleton-Seath completely refused to reform after a prior twenty-two child abuse conviction, using his freedom to download a fresh cache of sickening child abuse images. The predator appeared before Maidstone Crown Court, pleading guilty to ten distinct counts, including multiple breaches of his protection order, making indecent images, and narcotics possession. Sentences and Court Orders Following his high-gravity convictions, the judiciary handed Middleton-Seath an immediate twenty-eight-month prison sentence. For his cruel actions, he remains completely stripped of his freedom, blocked from unauthorized hardware setups, and slapped with a massive ten-year extension to his Sexual Harm Prevention Order under active lifetime register tracking. Investigation and Impact The intensive investigation by Kent Police exploded when a proactive compliance officer intercepted his tracking patterns, trapping him during a tactical stop on Anthonys Way where detectives uncovered a stash of cocaine and cannabis. Detective Sergeant Fleur Hardie promised continuous heavy scrutiny upon his eventual release to guarantee permanent public safety.
