Posts like this are the reason they are removing WFH positions. Sure every now and then there’s time for this, but that’s no different than having time in the office for a personal call or stroll to the water cooler. This is not what it looks like 90% of the time

How y'all have WFH jobs that don't track everything is beyond me!! I work from a company that measures metrics for idle time, active-productive time and active-non productive time amongst other things. I adore my job but y'all getting away with housework outside of breaks is wild to me.

Apart from the fact that most of us actually do work and hit our targets and more. The blessing for me is that I don’t have to commute or do myself a pack lunch. I use my lunch hour and the time I would have spent commuting (4 hours) daily to get loads of chores done which leaves my weekends free for me to have fun and recharge my batteries. 💜💜💜
