Hey Sophie. Since following your posts and the journey you’re on, I think all of us have got to know you. From my point of view I honestly don’t see the skin condition anymore. I just see you. As a person. You are beautiful gentle and honest young lady, going bravely through a tough stage. But you are definitely not a monster. If you don’t feel like going out today then don’t. Don’t put extra pressure on yourself.

Girl, I completely understand everything your going through as someone that’s been through EXACTLY the same, the best advice I ever got was to have EVERYTHING cotton- think clothing, towels, BEDDING everything your skin touches, make it cotton, it will help your skin to heal , sending so much love to you❤️You’ve got this x
