Hi I've been trying to train my glutes for a while there's been a change buh not necessarily a massive one o I train glutes 3 times a week I do mostly glutes bridges 4 sets of 20 reverses lunges I heard it grows glutes o buh I no know sef I do 3 sets of 15 Squats 3 sets of 15 and then add 2 other kind of exercises please is it bad cause I want to prioritise these u mentioned except the Bulgarian splits cause I never get the form of it honestly I've tried and tried buh I no fit
