hp probook 430 G5 will hang a few minutes after boot, you'll use it normally for 4minutes then nothing moves, mouse and keyboard freezes and don't work en after using an external keyboard and mouse, computer freezes totally

my Dell 6530 has the same issue but when charger is connected it does charge the battery, I only see "plugged in" but its not charging. I changed the battery but no changes. any help?
