If you’re spinning a bar streaming a few songs is fine. If you’re at a wedding or a big money event, you need to own your music. DJing an entire night of streaming is wild to me.

It will suggest songs but it won’t be that accurate. You still have to know what to play. It’s a start. You will have to sift through the many genres it suggests. Good tip tho.

Every time I try to use Spotify with Serato I get the beach ball effect on my MacBook or it lags. I’m using M4 chip, I have 48 gigs of memory.

I was just talking about this and then I really did my due diligence on this method. If your looking for particular genre to keep going it will not be acurate. It will suggest good songs but they are just in all genres.
