من یه کتاب خوندم به اسم ذهن تو دشمن تو هست یا دوست تو نیست دقیق یادم نیست ،خلاصه ش این بود که ذهنی که ما پرورش دادیم با افکار منفی، همونارو بهت تلقین میکنه تو هر شرایطی و تو رو به فنا میکشونه و خیلی حرفای دیگه که نمیشه تو یه مسج نوشت ،راهکارشم این بود که ذهنتو با افکار مثبت از نو بسازی تا بهترین دوستت بشه و ...خلاصه اینکه واقعا ذهنیت و چیزی که در موردش فکر میکنی باعث غم ، شادی، یا استرس و اعتماد بنفست میتونه باشه
