so i just read that linen and cotton are terrible at blocking uv radiation specifically, and that synthetic clothing is great at blocking uv. terrible for me because i just donated away all my nylon synthetic poly blend clothing for all natural fibers. wool however is good at uv protection but i cant see myself wearing wool in 90F

I wear cotton or linen long sleeves- it's like being under a shelter during hot sunny days......no one understands why I do that and then I end up being the only one without sunburn on my arms, shoulders and chest

White linen shirts don’t protect, more dense colour fabrics protect better but still not much. Only special clothing help.
