I think you're totally right! My problem with feedback is that many times it's not constructive and many managers and bosses do not know how to give concrete and constructive feedback, they usually just criticize you personally

You hit the nail on the head with this! If they think you're defensive they'll say you don't handle feedback well or you're a poor listener and there's truly no coming back from that. I just learned this the hard way
