The emergency brake pin is gone which is what activates the brake in case of separation of trailer and tow vehicle. The system works off the batteries on the camper.

If you’re looking for the resettable circuit breaker follow the positive wire. That wire will attach to one post and the wire that goes into the camper will be on the other post. Take a tester and see if there is power on both post…..if so it’s working. But as others have noted your emergency break away switch is activated and that will drain the batteries very quickly. The converter will not be able to charge it as fast as they are draining!
