Our main problem as a nation is the assemblies… can’t the government pass a law and employ some task forces who will ensure cleanliness in the cities.. that’s what Rwanda did and now go to Rwanda and see for yourself.. we should learn kakra.. these people travele and don’t learn anything from other African countries.. people don’t even have work.. it will create employment for people..
