@fontyfitness: 👇🏻Taco Bell Creamy Chipotle Sauce👇🏻 Get over 100 of my meal preps, sauces and sides in my cookbooks at the 🔗 in my bio! 👉🏻 @fontyfitness Macros: 322 Calories | 28gP | 18gC | 15gF (Full Jar) ~ Per 4 tbsp Serving: 40 Calories | 3.5gP | 2.5gC | 2gF (Makes ~8 servings) Ingredients Ingredients * 1¼ cups (280g) nonfat Greek yogurt * ¼ cup (60g) light mayo * 2 tbsp (30g) buttermilk (or 1 tbsp powdered buttermilk if you have it) * 2 chipotle peppers in adobo * 1 tbsp (15g) adobo sauce * 1 tbsp (15g) white vinegar * 2 tsp sugar-free maple syrup OR monkfruit sweetener * 1 tsp lime juice * 1 tsp smoked paprika (can sub 2 tsp of either paprika option) * 1 tsp regular paprika (can sub 2 tsp of either paprika option) * ½ tsp garlic powder * ½ tsp onion powder * ¼ tsp cumin * Salt to taste Instructions: - Add all ingredients to a mason jar - Mix throughly until completely smooth and pourable (scrape down sides as needed) - I recommend refrigerating for at least 1 hour if you have thew patience (best flavor will come after 24 hours!) - Add water 1-2 tbsp at a time to get your desired consistency - Stir each time before serving and enjoy! - Store in the fridge for 4-7 days (just make sure you use fresh ingredients when making it!) #tacobell #chipotlesauce #protein #healthysauce #sauce
