And the labour unions are crushed. In Norway unions are strong, and a regular industrial worker have an annual raise of between 4-4,5%. This is why a worker at McDonald's here can afford an apartment and a car. And the industrial wage raise sets the expectation for the rest of us. So, this year it was negotiated to 4,4%. That is what is expected the raise in 2026.
