I quit vaping FINALLY. Longest I’ve gone now- about a month. It is way harder than cigarettes in my opinion and it’s not a safe alternative to quit.

Vitamin E acetate was only a complication with THC cartridges that aren’t legally sold. Popcorn lung is only a concern with certain flavors and brands most of which have been abandoned and aren’t available due to many states demanding FDA approval for e-cigarettes to be legally sold. Know your info before making a video. Vapes do have severe complications and are very bad, but fear mongering isn’t the way to inform or prevent
