I have this! I like the bed bc it’s lower than a normal bunk bed. Easier for me to get on. But not much head room for an adult underneath. Kids fit fine. My daughter has a bunk bed with play area underneath and that one has much more headroom and is more comfortable for me to sit underneath with her
