I genuinely felt like a duck to water with my first three kids. I had three under five at 24 and that was even when my relationship ended with my ex, but it was my fourth child I felt exactly what you’re conveying here. I for the first time felt overwhelmed and lack of sleep was killing me. We went on to have one more daughter and I vowed no more after Anna as I knew I just could not do it anymore ( pregnancy, healing, sleepless nights, chaos, and everything that comes with it) but yeah I totally get what your saying ❤️

my 3rd is 8 weeks old and honestly she has just slotted in perfectly, my oldest is 10 and middle is 6, they both just took to her as if she had always been there, my oldest is like a little mum, she has autism and adhd and my 8 week old is like a comfort blanket to her, its amazing

Nooo I wouldn’t change being a mummy for the world but going from 2 to 3 I found the most chaos lol feel like you dealt with the younger 2 then finishing up with your oldest and baby is needing you again. Love the chaos but it’s defo not for the faint hearted lol I’m pregnant with baby no 4 now 💗💗🩵🩵

my 4th is 9 months old and just started "slotting in" lol I think its just getting into a routine that works 😊 I have a 9 year old a 7 year old and a 4 year old i would love more but not enough money or space lol a lot of people don't understand wanting a big family I Love it x

3 kids is 100 kids!!! 😩 I really thought 2-3 was the hardest. I’m on 4 now…seems easier than 2-3. Go for the 4!!!! Xxx

I think the slotting in that people use is that it’s no different from having two you are used to the juggling and splitting your time my 3rd was the sweet spot she made me want 20 🤣🫢 I’ve now got 4 and he “slotted” right in too mines are now 8,7,4 and 3 16 months between the first two 30something months between second and third and 18months between the 3rd and 4th

I think what they mean by slotting in is that it was as if they were already here. It wasn't a hard transition it all works so well

I’ve got 3 under 5, the 3rd is 13 weeks old and there’s no ‘slotting in’ here!! Slots in = uncontrollable but enjoyable chaos 🥲🤣

We didn’t notice the 3rd.. 4th was a struggle. Just had number 6 12 days ago.. haven’t noticed much of a difference 😂 xx

I would say my 3rd slotted she was 4 years after my twins so we had time to give her with the boys at nursery but my 4th is just starting to slot in and there’s 19 months between her and my 3rd. 6 year old twins, 2year old and 6month old! ✨ CHAOS ✨

Yes! The amount of people that said he’ll just slot right in, liars! I too love a baby and he’s amazing but he definitely takes a lot of attention and changes the dynamic for sure!

My 4th has just slotted in. He's got himself into a routine by some miracle which is the same as my other 3 😳 he's only 7 months too I think he's like 2 weeks or so older than your wee Winnie xx
