Ugghhhh I’m in the same position! Cystic acne all my life and I’m 46! My see just prescribed Spironolactone BUT I don’t like ingesting a med daily especially if it’s not vitamins. This is a conversation worth having :)

Just letting you know test can severely affect your hair and skin I had major hairloss before I knew it I was practically bald completely stopped a year later I have my hair and skin back

I have been on T injections weekly for 1 year. The last 6-7 months I have had terrible acne. I started spiro 3 weeks ago along with DIM 300mg daily and started doing my injections every other day and my skin is back clear!!! I would move to injections over pellets personally
