Recipe Name: Brown Sugar Honey Glazed Ham Ingredients 1. 1 fully cooked boneless ham (5–7 lbs) 2. 1 cup brown sugar 3. 1/2 cup honey 4. 1/4 cup maple syrup 5. 2 tbsp Dijon mustard 6. 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 7. 1 tsp garlic powder 8. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 9. 1/2 tsp black pepper 10. 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted Recipe 1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). 2. Line a roasting pan with parchment paper or foil. 3. Place the ham in the center of the pan, flat side down. 4. In a saucepan combine brown sugar, honey, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, cinnamon, black pepper, and melted butter. 5. Heat over medium-low heat until the glaze becomes smooth and slightly thickened. 6. Brush a generous layer of glaze over the entire ham. 7. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 1 hour. 8. Remove the foil and brush with more glaze. 9. Continue baking, basting every 15–20 minutes with the pan juices and glaze. 10. Bake until the exterior becomes deep golden brown and caramelized. 11. For extra caramelization, increase oven temperature to 400°F (205°C) during the final 10 minutes. 12. Carefully remove the ham from the oven. 13. Spoon the thick glaze from the pan over the top. 14. Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing. 15. Slice into thick portions and drizzle with remaining glaze. 16. Serve warm with potatoes, vegetables, or dinner rolls.
