100% I've noticed I'm the last year my eyesight has been effected by it as now when I have to write or fill out paperwork I find it hard to see what I'm writing & fine print I can forget about it..now I'm biting the bullet & getting specs.🙄 but I blame my time on my phone 100%.

I started working off a MacBook Pro daily for work and my vision was going blurry. I had to start wearing reading glasses. Increase the size of all the wording. I thought for sure if I kept that up that I’d be blind in a year or so. I got a blue light screen cover and within days my vision got better.

Yep. A couple years ago I couldn’t figure out what the hell was making my hood blink. Come to find out it was because I had my phone out. Can’t be good!
