exactly..when I start legs exercises I have low strength..after 3rd set is exploding the strength and Im able to do much more rep with a lot of weight

the quads are much bigger then the orher muscle groups of course if you only workout chest and so on they could get bigger but in a standrt mans body the quads are the biggest muscles. nature intended this for a reason
