@bikinibitesbyk: Snack turned into cake😳 Banana Pudding Nilla Wafer Cake! Ingredients on screen! 🍌Step by step instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 2 (8-inch) pans. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Alternate dry ingredients with milk. Bake 30–35 minutes. Let cool completely, then chill 60 minutes before stacking. 2. Make Filling Whisk pudding and milk. Let set 5 min. Whip cream, sugar and vanilla to soft peaks. Fold together and add bananas. Chill filling 20–30 minutes before using. 3. Brulee Bananas Sprinkle sugar and torch or broil 1–2 minutes. Let cool completely. 4. Make Frosting Beat butter and cream cheese. Add powdered sugar, cream, vanilla. Mix until smooth. 5. Assemble Place first cake layer down and slice in half. -Pipe frosting dam around the edge. Add pudding filling inside the ring (do not overfill). Add other half and frost. Set aside in fridge. -take second cake and do not slice in half. Frost cake, add frosting ring around top of cake again to add pudding filling in the middle. -add wafer crumbles and decorate edges with sliced bananas and nilla wafer pieces. -place final cake layer on top that was in the fridge. -add caramel drizzle, brulee bananas and pipe swirls on top.
