8.5/10, im a licensed phlebotomist, they did great other than the need needle needs to be held, if this is their first blood draw they are gonna do absolutely wonderful, that was faster than me when I first started.

the alcohol swab is suppose to be in circular motion from the inside out not up and down , the turniquet should be a disposable but if you gonna use that one release before unlocking as it could have hit the needle that was not held in place

she did outstanding! 8/10. though yhe turniqite looked a bit low, and I would hold the needle when its in the arm. Overall, great work for a first time!👍

8/10. The strap is way too close to the puncture. If u have an old lady with fraigiled veins and are to close with the strap u are going to pop the vein. And just losen the strap before u unsipp it. It could hit the needle.

8/10 she was supposed to hold the wing down just in case the needle came out and also I didn’t see inversion. But everything else was fine.
