As an ex addict, yu can’t make it easy for them to get high. They will NEVER stop. I quit bc I hit rock bottom. Had nothing left and no one was there to help me. It stopped being “fun” California is making the drug addicts worse. It’s sad fr

It took someone close to me to finally say they need help and get off of drugs. They were homeless by choice and 100% agree with Pratt

I dont get that.if a person wants to kill themselves in drugs then whos place is it to stop them. if they want to really stop addictions these organisation's they would go to the source of the drugs. but its a big economy in of itself so round and round we go. we should all be propping up each other no matter what. that's humanity. not this

I see his point, but there’s also has to be homeless people that work that do everything a citizen does of LA but doesn’t have a home. What about them? I think they’re more important than the ones you do the drugs and don’t want to get help but the homeless that are actually working doing what they’re supposed to are homeless because they can’t afford rent. He has to talk about that.
