What does your bedtime routine look like? I’ve been struggling SO bad with losing it during the bedtime. We don’t necessarily have a “routine” and I think that’s the problem. Once we go upstairs they get the zoomies x100. They struggle hearing me and listening to me. That’s not how I want to end the day for them. I don’t want them to remember me having to yell to get them to calm down to get ready for bed. Then I have to repair a lot of nights. It hurts my heart so much!
