My experience with King’s Furniture at BBS Mall, Nairobi was honestly very disappointing. The issue is not that they completely changed the furniture design the problem is that they do not deliver the exact specifications customers ask for. The measurements were different, the colors were different, the patterns and finishing were different, and overall the furniture did not match what was requested and agreed upon. You show them exactly what you want, they promise they can do it, but the final product turns out to be something else.What’s frustrating is that once payment is made, the professionalism and attention to detail changes. Furniture is expensive, and people spend a lot of time choosing specific sizes, colors, and styles for their homes. Receiving something different from what you carefully selected is extremely disappointing. Please be careful when dealing with companies that promise “exact custom-made furniture.” Make sure: • All measurements are written clearly • Colors and materials are confirmed properly • Patterns and finishing are documented • You avoid paying the full amount upfront • Everything is agreed on in writing before production starts.
