I can so relate! I LOATHE ENTIRELY (in my Jim Carry [the Grinch] voice) the migraine hangover. I literally feel like I’ve been hit by a truck and just got off a rollercoaster.

I call it the FAFO era, one wrong loud noise, to much light a storm coming in and just like that it can return. Living in Florida surrounded by water on three sides any storms around are huge triggers for me. So I feel like my head is on a swivel.
