Go for a swim if you want good lymphatic drainage. You don’t even need to swim full laps if you’re struggling with it, sit chest deep and move your arms and legs.

PSA - this is dangerous advice. If you have endometriosis doing deep core is not advisable as it can cause flare ups!!!!!!!

I feel like my torso or just like the middle area is bigger than my limbs. I’m overall pretty skinny it’s just like my limbs are skinnier so it gives off the illusion like my torso is bigger. I try to build muscle mass and eat enough protein but I can’t exactly see any results.

fixing my anterior pelvic tilt and rib flare at first made me look less lean people my ribs and hip bones didn't stick out any more but from the side I'm so much smaller because I'm now aligned. so now to get actual abs and not fake abs lol
