In a bowl mix yeast and water, then add flour and mix. Add salt and oil, then coil fold multiple times until smooth. Transfer the dough to an oiled bowl, cover, and put it in the fridge overnight. 2. The next day, let the dough come to room temperature. Generously flour your parchment paper very well, then gently transfer the dough onto it without deflating it. Shape it into a ball like shown in the video and turn it, then cover with a bowl and let it rest for 10 minutes. Press the dough from the center outward, keeping the edges thick and the middle thin. Add tomato sauce, mozzarella, and parmesan, then drizzle some olive oil on top. 3. Preheat your oven with the tray inside at the maximum temperature your oven goes for 35 minutes.
