she’s also buying name brand grocery items.. we didn’t have a lot of money growing up and my mom NEVER bought anything but store brand to save a couple of bucks. it may not make a huge difference, but when you need to pinch pennies.. it helps.

eldest daughter of 10 kids here. none of our needs were ever fully met. ESPECIALLY emotionally. we all struggle with anxiety and attachment issues. i have two kids of my own and our family is complete because i know i can give them everything they need and deserve. also $300 a week on groceries isn’t always enough for our family of 4 and 3 pets!
