I GOT YOU BBGURL, I use too ibis pain just try this. every time you are about to draw make sure EVERY time you open for canvas scroll down to tools and find "canvas", you step it and after go to "resize", then go to "height px", remove what is and try 4000 or 5000, another thing is if you move it from another device (like tablet to phone or phone to tablet) use Bluetooth, it keep it same and won't destroy it, happy to help

idk if it's same on Ibis paint but on procreate you need to set the canvas video quality to 4k when making the canvas. but I'm not sure if this is a possibility in the app
