The reason it is referred to as tax free investing is because you’re putting in money that you already received from your job that takes taxes already. 2. You can be as aggressive or docile as you want with your investments there is no rule book 3. @Fidelity Investments is a great choice for Roth IRAs and literally just go to Fidelity.com and look for where to open it.
