my resume is quite impeccable for customer service. i’ve bartended worked for multiple restaurants high end and regular as a server for years. i wanted to apply to tim’s as a chill part time job since i wanted a break from working around alcohol. i applied to multiple locations. they rejected me! didn’t even get invited for an interview.

Of course they switch to youth workers after I’m no longer a youth… they denied me a position when I was near the end of the Covid lockdowns bc I was “too young” and I havnt been hired anywhere since bc “I lack experience” I CANT GET EXPERIENCE CAUSE NO ONE WILL HIRE ME
