She didn’t sell the franchise, as soon as she reached out to corporate about selling corporate removed her and put one of their own guys in their place, this issue is on a corporate level

I have had the pleasure to work with a few BAM’s, and they have all been positive, but this store has revealed so much about the corporate side and the lack of doing the right thing which is just sad as all the store had to do was give the sets back

Corporate gets 8% of everything sold in the store. So by supporting any of the franchises you inadvertently are supporting Corporate..... BAM owners should bail and just open their own brick store. They'll be better off for it.......

The original franchise owner was pushed out. There is a video showing her getting pushed out and actually talking about the Star Wars consignment. The new owner mentioning that they would take on the contract.
