I am volume eater this filled me up like a Christmas stuffed turkey 🦃  👩‍🍳 Method 1️⃣ Slice the tomatoes and immediately place them into a large pan on high heat without oil. Cook until they become soft and release excess water. 2️⃣ Meanwhile, use a chopper to dice: * onions * zucchini * red bell peppers * garlic Place everything into a separate bowl. 3️⃣ Once the tomatoes are done, remove them from the pan. In the same pan, cook the chopped vegetables until lightly softened and until they release excess water. They should not become mushy. 4️⃣ Combine the tomatoes and cooked vegetables in one large bowl and let the mixture cool slightly. 5️⃣ Add: * 8 eggs * tuna * finely chopped anchovies * finely chopped olives * flour * wheat bran Mix everything well. This is your filling. 6️⃣ Lightly grease a baking dish with oil spray. 7️⃣ Lay down the first filo sheet and brush it with yogurt. Repeat with all 4 sheets so they form the crust and slightly overlap the sides. 8️⃣ Pour the filling inside and fold the filo edges over the top. 9️⃣ Brush the top with the 5 ml oil. 🔟 Bake for about 1 hour at 200°C until golden and set.
