Question. If God is outside of time and sees our reality like a book, all pages simultaneously. Jesus died and went to Hades for 3 days, proclaimed the Good News, and freed the captives. Would he not have proclaimed the Good News to all who have ever died or ever will die? In theory, everyone was there when he went. So would not all who never heard of him hear?

Jakob is correct. We know that God is perfectly Just. It would not be Just to condemn someone to hell who never had a chance to hear the gospel, and thus repent and follow Christ. Therefore we can safely conclude God would not condemn them to hell

Idk when I was LDS they just told us of course that’s what Gods Plan of salvation actually is not everyone will get the chance to hear the gospel and accept it in this life so they have missionary work for the dead such as baptism for the dead and temple ordinances that living members of the church could do their work for them on earth side for the next life so they can also get to heaven.
