Ran it at 2mg a day for 20 days and it was plenty - imo, when we look at researching techniques vs real world scenarios over extending to the highest daily studied doesn’t necessarily mean best practice - it could really just mean very expensive pee. I felt great at 2mg and prepped for motsc! Ss31 is a fav!

What if I just started my mot-c cycle, is it to late to add ss-31, should I pause my mot c and focus on ss-31 or can u run them together?

I started SS-31 last Monday. I didn’t feel anything the first 3 days, but When Thursday and Friday came around I definitely started noticing the difference.

but how do you know how much is needed? I've seen different protocols for ss31. I'm currently on 1mgx10days and then 2mgx5days before starting nad+ but now I dont think if this is enough? 😳

I’m on my second week of SS-31. I use it three days a week alternately to NAD on the other three days. Sundays off. I’m 49 years old and it has changed my life in so many ways. I started SS31, KPV and Nad at the beginning of the week. Not expecting to feel a difference for a few weeks at least. I was wrong. Better sleep, waking up with no alarm - fresh, not groggy at all. I also haven’t had an afternoon crash the last couple days. Should be interesting to see how I feel in a month!

i get sooooooo sleepy its not even fair or safe,specially for ppl who work operating machine!i was falling a sleep when i start ss31,im doing 1mg for 10 days and supposed to move up 2mg for 5 days after but idk its hard to work on it
