The journey has been so difficult-nothing can truly prepare you for something like this.😨 But here I am years later still learning to love myself and working on not just accepting, but embracing every part of me!💓 Not that long ago I did my first photoshoot in lingerie (which was a red bodysuit) and this is my very FIRST time doing a photo shoot in lingerie like a two-piece!!😍 it’s crazy that it’s taken me so long to feel comfortable in my skin to do that, but at the same time I can honestly say the lack of representation, especially in this area has not helped… But it’s never too late to love yourself and to do things for you and I’m so excited to share that yesterday I was in a panel at an event with @runwayofdreams & @victoriassecret talking about disability and intimacy (a topic that is rarely talked) about and I was there as one of the speakers🎤 and we shared very intimate moments (it was amazing) and the fact that Victoria’s Secret was there and they are interested in listening to the disability community as well as working with disabled talent means everything to me!!🥰 This is the type of representation that we need-the representation I wish I had years ago-but the representation that will now change future generations!🙌 Every single person deserves to feel represented in a positive and authentic way! Being different is beautiful and powerful! Accept it, EMBRACE IT, and OWN IT! Shine bright like a diamond! 💎 •Happy Valentine’s Day loves! Never stop loving yourself!
