Bro I feel like you forget that in England, the only form of eyeliner is 6 pound. And that's not even the most expensive. But I once had to buy a 46 pound eye makeup kit for a con cus there was nothing else. And surprisingly. That's the cheapest

Personally I’m one of those women that doesn’t wear makeup, except on very rare special occasions. Even then it would usually just be mascara and maybe some lip gloss. And those I’d usually get from like Walmart

I personally like to think it is an investment. I will only pick certain items that I know I will wear all the time. Normally I would buy foundation or eyeshadow from there. The I will use drugstore products as well.
