I have ine of these pillows. I can sleep on it for a few days then I have to go back to my regular pillows. I switch it up when one or the other gives me pain BUT this pillow is NOT a cure all.

I have a pillow just like this and it does nothing for my super tight neck. I think these types of pillows are designed with men in mind. It's entirely too firm. I have a tiny neck and it doesn't end up supported by something like this.
