Love pickleball and this looks like a novel idea, but I’d be less keen of pickleball on a floating court because physics. On a floating court less kinetic energy is returned to the ball than a normal hard court, you can see in this video when the ppl step on the floor it is kinda soft and floor absorbs the energy. So for floating court the pickleball has a decreased COR (coefficient of restitution) and thus results in a lower and less explosive bounce 🙃
