Hugh Allen is a fan of the former Small Batch pastry chef’s cheese chilli twist, while Kate Reid recently called it the bakery she was “most impressed with”. Now, after five years at Small Batch, Duffy has opened his own bakery in Abbotsford’s former Little Molli site.
