Chop the peppers, freeze flat on a cookie sheet, store in a freezer bag. I also do this with green, yellow, red and orange peppers and onions. I keep a big box of mixed peppers and onions in the freezer.

Hi Teresa, maybe start using a meal planner app to save money and reduce the waste? Not being mean but this breaks my heart 😔 For the poblanos, you can prep them for freezing or make the salsa and freeze it. Assuming you have a freezer 🙈😊
