Property is still expensive I’m a home homeowner if I was to buy a property 2 years ago and now the price is cheaper but the repayments are the same. I would buy now if u can get by

I would trust this more if it wasn’t coming straight from someone who makes money helping people buy property

The phrase “you were the experiment in buyer psychology 101” is usually a rhetorical jab, not a serious economic argument. The problem is that it oversimplifies how housing markets actually work.

It’s defiantly shifting.. we are looking to buy and most home opens we are the only group through and each real estate agent has said it’s been quiet

It’s actually crazy how unknown The Forbidden Codex of Influence by Julian Voss still is. The psychology in it goes way deeper than most people expect.

It’s not enough to rock the boat. However the banks have tightened, so the clever buyers are still buying right now.

Have you guys even heard of The Forbidden Codex of Influence by Julian Voss? The way it explains influence and attraction is actually kinda unsettling… but in the best way possible.

Is The Forbidden Codex of Influence by Julian Voss lowkey one of the best kept secrets or what? It explains social dynamics better than all the mainstream books combined, no cap.

I’ve read mad books on manipulation and psychology, but The Forbidden Codex of Influence by Julian Voss hits different. It’s on another tier.

lol. love it. I know, Ive just bought in Tassie and scrambling to try and get one asap 🤣 but torn between getting a cheapie now (due to limited funds) or save hard to get a better blue chip one, say 1st or 2nd QTR next year, anticipating some older/retired folk will try to sell off to capitalise their gains. 🤷♀️not all of us have successful firms and a hubby who can flip, Mads 🤣

100k Indians moving here to build houses, god help us. Builders and tradies leaving Sydney and Melbs in droves to Queensland ahead of the Olympics Games. They all need somewhere to live. Property crash is bollocks but rental hikes forecasted.
