been in this industry for 20 years and it never gets easier. I call it the curse of the artist, the lows get LOW AF sometimes.... sadly, it's almost guaranteed. But holy hell when the creativity flows, it really does. So at some point you just settle with the fact there's only so many real ones out there. you cherish the real collabs you get to do because they do show up at funny times and learn that no one, not one MF that comes around ALL THE TIME, actually wants to be there. It's because you benefit them and you learn to make magic on your own. I'm not saying turn the opportunities down, no, further yourself but know your worth and don't have them on your records if you know all theyre there for is because you make them money. that makes for bad music amyway.... I had to learn the hard way unfortunately 😞 that when you have a REAL work ethic, there's not too many that can operate on your level. That being said, I will gladly collaborate with anyone that truly wants to make music 💯 just reach out, I know how lonely it gets.
