FYI this is my husband making the salad in case anyone is confused 🤣 Made with: • Equal parts green cabbage + romaine lettuce • 3–4 Persian cucumbers • 3 stalks celery • Dill, parsley, cilantro, mint & scallions — herbs to taste Dress it simply with: Olive oil, fresh lemon juice, salt & pepper (+ a splash of white vinegar if you like extra tang ✨) Crisp, herby, refreshing, and SO good with literally everything.
