Work in the IT, and i can say, rufus is top, doesnt matter if windows, linux or OS for the Raspberry, its just doing its job, and that really good 👍🏻

My laptop is stuck in a Windows 11 update boot loop with error 0xd000014c. The built-in recovery options, including SFC, DISM, and update uninstall tools, are unavailable. I tried reinstalling Windows 11 using a bootable USB and deleting all partitions, but the installation stops at around 50%, then the laptop shuts down and restarts on its own. When managing partitions during setup, the selected partition sometimes doesn't delete, and other times the drive partitions disappear entirely. For example, the 476 GB drive is occasionally not detected.
